Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased from Fatgymrats.com ("FGR"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This Shipping Policy is incorporated by reference into the FGR Terms of Service.

Where we ship

Fatgymrats.com ships to addresses within the United States only — the 50 states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

We do not ship to: U.S. territories outside the 50 states, or any international destination. Orders placed for non-eligible addresses will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, less any payment-processor fees.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time may begin processing the next business day.

During promotional periods, new product launches, or peak season, processing may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if your order processing exceeds the standard window.

Shipping methods and transit time

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Estimated transit time after shipment is 2–5 business days depending on destination. Expedited options (USPS Priority Express, UPS 2-Day) are available at checkout.

Transit time is the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, and operational issues are outside our control. We do not refund shipping costs for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate in the carrier's system.

Discreet packaging

All Fatgymrats.com orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no FGR branding, product description, or invoice visible from the exterior of the package. The return address is a generic shipping address.

Cold-chain compounds

Certain compounds require temperature-controlled handling. Orders containing cold-chain compounds ship with insulated packaging and ice packs. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for cold-chain orders during summer months. Buyer assumes all risk of compound degradation due to standard-shipping selection on cold-chain orders.

Signature requirement

Orders over $250 require an adult signature on delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not require signature. Buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for the package.

Lost or damaged packages

Damaged in transit. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fatgymrats.com with photos of the package and damaged contents. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace or refund the affected products.

Lost in transit. A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days after the last scan. Notify us within 30 days of the original ship date. We will file a carrier claim and, if confirmed lost, replace or refund the order at our discretion.

Marked delivered but not received. Buyer must contact the carrier and file a missing-mail or porch-piracy claim with USPS or UPS directly. Fatgymrats.com is not responsible for packages stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Address accuracy

Buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we will refund the product cost (less original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee) once the package is received back at our facility. Reshipping requires the buyer to pay shipping costs again.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title to all products pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Once the carrier accepts the package, Buyer bears responsibility for the shipment subject to the lost/damaged provisions above.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for full refund only before a shipping label is generated. Once the label is created, the order cannot be cancelled and must be processed through the Refund Policy.

International orders

Not applicable. Fatgymrats.com does not ship internationally. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
