ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE A PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED, EXCEPT IN THE NARROW CIRCUMSTANCES DESCRIBED BELOW.
Because Fatgymrats.com sells research peptides — biological compounds whose purity and stability cannot be verified once they leave our chain of custody — we do not accept returns of opened, used, or buyer-damaged products. This policy is non-negotiable and exists to protect every customer in our supply chain.
This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the FGR Terms of Service.
What is eligible for refund or replacement
Refunds or replacements are available only in the following circumstances:
1. Wrong product shipped
If you received a product that does not match what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund (your choice).
- Window: notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Requirement: product must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
- Evidence: photos of the product label and packing slip
2. Damaged in transit
If your package or its contents arrived visibly damaged or compromised, we will replace the affected products or issue a full refund.
- Window: notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Evidence: photos of the exterior package, interior packaging, and damaged products
- Action required: do not discard the package or contents until any necessary carrier claim is resolved
3. Defective product
If a sealed product arrives with a manufacturing defect (broken vial, missing lyophilized powder, visible contamination, missing component in a stack), we will replace or refund.
- Window: notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Evidence: photos of the defect and the product label
4. Lost in transit
A package is considered lost when tracking shows no movement for 7+ consecutive business days after the last scan. See the Shipping Policy for the full process.
What is NOT eligible
The following are not eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances:
- Opened, used, reconstituted, or partially-used products
- Products whose seal or tamper-evidence has been disturbed
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products stored improperly by Buyer (including failure to refrigerate cold-chain compounds)
- Packages refused on delivery or marked unclaimed (subject to restocking fee — see below)
- Buyer's change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or claimed lack of expected effect
- Allergic reaction, adverse event, or any health-related claim arising from misuse contrary to the research-use-only Terms of Service
- Orders rendered undeliverable due to address errors provided by Buyer
- Promotional, free, or bonus products
- Stacks where any single component has been opened (the entire stack becomes non-refundable)
- Compounds requested for return based on third-party test results conducted outside our chain of custody
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for full refund only before a shipping label has been generated. Once a label is generated, the order is in the carrier's system and the Refund Policy controls.
To cancel, email hello@fatgymrats.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the label has been generated.
How to request a refund
Email hello@fatgymrats.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) affected
- The reason for the request
- All required photo evidence (per category above)
We respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or card issuer processing may add additional time.
We do not issue refunds via cash, check, store credit (unless you elect this), or to any payment method other than the original method used at purchase.
Restocking fees
Returns triggered by Buyer error — refused delivery, address errors provided by Buyer, or unclaimed packages — incur a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping costs, deducted from any refund.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Fatgymrats.com to resolve the issue are considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:
- Dispute fraudulent chargebacks with documentation (order records, shipping records, communication logs, signed delivery confirmations);
- Permanently terminate the offending account and refuse future service;
- Pursue collection of disputed amounts plus chargeback fees, processing costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
If you have an issue with an order, contact us first. We resolve nearly every legitimate concern within two business days.
Final note
This Refund Policy is part of and incorporates the Fatgymrats.com Terms of Service. Use of this site or purchase of any product confirms your agreement.
